Instead of being angry that I made a mistake...I think of what I should have done to avoid it...am calm the entire time.
Thinking of many past mistakes and Corrections
Feel looser and feel I can be more of myself
Anxiety Friendly but if I have anything on my conscious I start blaming myself or accepting responsibility before thinking it through...after about an hour and a .half
