Been complimented on how my voice sounds  most likely because of dry mouth

Totaly different feelings when sitting still in a wheelchair compared to moving

Couch lock when I try to exercise

Not good for any activity , muscles felt fatigued, became very exhausted by 2nd round of walking

1st  round went OK

2nd round unable to finish
